How specific can my requests be?
As specific as you like - within reason. Feel free to specify what you'd like the model to wear, lipstick & nail colours, and what you'd like her to smoke. If we can't comply with anything in particular we'll let you know and try to find a suitable alternative. It won't be cost effective for a model to purchase specific items of clothing for example, so unless she (or we) already have them, you would need to cover the cost unless we can find an agreeable compromise.
As for what the model smokes, bear in mind we are located in the United Kingdom
so we are largely limited to cigarette brands that are available here. If you had your heart set on a specific brand which we can't source but you can, you are welcome to send us a pack to use on your shoot.
How will my order be delivered?
We can deliver your video on DVD in NTSC or PAL format, or in any kind of digital format. If you'd rather not get anything in the mail we will provide you with a link so you can download it yourself. We will keep a copy at our offices and can provide you with a duplicate free of charge should your copy ever be lost or damaged.
I have a really strange request. Is this OK?
Trust us, we get some extremely specific and obscure requests and we do our best to cater for everyone. We don't think you're strange! We're also extremely discreet so even if your custom video is non-exclusive and we use it on one of our websites, we won't identify you in any way.
Please try to be realistic with your requests. For example, we will probably not be able to produce a video of a model chainsmoking 20 cigarettes in one continuous take. Videos like this are possible but would need to be shot over a couple of days and edited accordingly. Outdoor shoots can also be difficult, especially if you're asking for any kind of explicit content. Bear in mind also that we live in England, so it's usually either cold, windy, raining, or all three ;)
How long will it take to get my custom delivered?
This depends on the availability of the model. Once we have confirmed the details your order and recieved payment we will book the model at the soonest opportunity and endeavour to get your video or photos to you as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of any delays in the process. We want everything to be right for you, so we'd rather not rush things and deliver the best possible results.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on various factors. Our models require a minimum 2 hour booking per shoot, and in this time we could expect to shoot approximately 30 minutes of usable footage. It is usually not possible to shoot solidly for 2 hours as the model tends to end up feeling ill, so we need to take things easy. If you require the model to be topless this would cost extra. It's hard to give an exact price until we know what you want - some scenarios can take longer to shoot than others, and we need time to edit your video or photos to as high a standard as possible, and then compile everything into your desired delivery format.
The largest factor in costing is whether you would like exclusive content or not. By "exclusive" we mean a video that only you will ever see, and this is the most expensive option. However if you will allow us to use the content we produce on our sites, the cost comes down considerably, and you still get exactly what you wanted. There is an "exclusive" box to tick on our Request a Quote form if you require this option. If not, just select "non-exclusive".
Please note, it is illegal to redistribute ANY of our content either for sale or for free. We retain full copyright on all works. We do check file sharing sites, and we do take legal action where necessary. If you're looking for content for resale, please contact us.
Are there any restrictions on what can be shown?
Everything we produce has to be legal in the United Kingdom and in your country of origin. We will tell you if anything you've requested is illegal for us to produce. It is upto you to ensure that what you're requesting is legal to own in your country of residence. Broadly, we cannot show any acts of bondage or restraint where the participant is not obviously willing, and where actual physical harm is taking place. Also we will not include any suggestion that the participants are under the age of 18 years, or any reference to illegal or inappropriate underage activity.
Other than these legal requirements, it is upto the individual model to decide what she's happy to do. Most of our models are happy to shoot topless content, and some will do more. We can usually suggest suitable alternative models if your first choice of model isn't able to perform to your desired level of explicitness.
